The manual is in English, comes with three binders and was published as nine releases issued as follows:
June 1998, January 1999, September 1999, January 2000, September 2000, January 2001, November 2001,
October 2002 and November 2003. There may be further releases at a later stage.
Each forged stamp or forged cancellation is clearly illustrated and described, one item per page (size A5).
Forgeries, reprints and fakes of the following individual Finnish stamps are described (in many cases
there are several different forgeries of each stamp). Faked perforations etc. are included.
