Pernau Overprint type II B on Russian stamp 3 kop

During the German occupation of Estonia, Russian stamps were overprinted
for local use in Pernau (Pämu) "Pernau / 8. VII / 1941" for local use.
These German occupation overprints exist in two types.
Type I overprints have Roman Numerals (VII)
Type II overprints have regular numerals (V11) (II cut slantwise) indicating the numeral one in the month VII.
