New eagle type issue 1911 10p red B III

The Russian Empire introduced a new type of kopek-valued eagle stamps 1909.
The new type stamps had to be adopted in Finland.

Type I: Dense frame and background lines
Type II: Frame and background lines apart, '10' ring touch inner frame line
Type III: Frame lines wide apart, background lines dense.
