We accept credit and payment cards, PayPal and finnish iban bank trasfers..
Shipping
We use the following flat rates for shipping / order:
Finland 3,- eur,
European Union 3.40 eur. (Estimated mail delivery time 3-7 days after sent)
Rest of the World: 3,90.- eur. (Estimated mail delivery time 1-2 weeks after sent)
A low order fee 4,00 eur added for ordes below 15 eur.
Most in-stock orders are usually send out usually 1-2 weeks after the order placed.
If item(s) out of stock, about 2 - 6 weeks. Of course as soon as possible!
Please note that a signature maybe required when the delivery is received.
Large orders, parcel shipping costs by destination and weight. Unfortunately we cannot display any detailed
parcel shipping fee information or provide fee tables as there are too many variables like weight and / or size.
International customers outside EU are responsible for any import or customs fees or taxes charged by your government.
We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
The credit card payments are done safely using the secure payment provider SSL secured payment form
Payee is Paytrail payment provider. (We are same company with www.vmtarvike.com / V-M Österman).
International verification services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used to identify the cardholder.
(Currency is automatically converted to euros on the Nets payment form).
If the payment does not succeed, please try again after some time.
Also, make sure that the card has been activated for online payments.
If necessary, contact your bank.
After payment, please do not close your browser until you are returned to our site and see our 'Thank you' message.
After succesful checkout, You receive an automatic order confirmation email.
If you feel something goes wrong (no order confirmation but payment was made), please contact us . Do not change anything in shopping basket.
We do not currently charge any external credit card payment fees.
However, your bank or merchant credit card processor may charge you per-transaction fee or other fees.
No cheques or money orders accepted (never send money or cash via mail!).
