2014 France 2 euro commemorative coin:
World AIDS Day

The red ribbon, symbol of the fight against AIDS, is depicted at the center of the coin.
The design is an initiative of the "Visual Aids Artist Caucus" and the American painter Franck Moore.
The red tie is depicted close to the heart as a symbol of solidarity with the sick and it is shaped like an inverted "V", representing victory against the disease.
